Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d) CHP Plants
You want to contribute to the energy transformation and share our passion for renewable energies? Are you fascinated by technical issues and there is no problem that is unsolvable for you? We develop customized solutions for and with our customers in various industries with high electricity, heating or cooling requirements. As a commissioning engineer (m/f/d) you will implement these solutions at our customers’ sites.

Your Tasks
- Commissioning of our energy facilities / CHP units
- Completeness check and functional test of the installed facilities
- Elimination of possible malfunctions or errors
- Instruction and training of the operating staff
- Link between customer and project management
Your Profile
- A craft or technical training is a good basis
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in the CHP area or facility and mechanical engineering, but career starters are also welcome.
- You like to work independently, are flexible and willing to travel.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus enable you to work successfully in a team setting and with customers.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.

Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) in Plant Manufacturing for Renewable Energies

Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the (new) engineering and creation of complex assemblies and CHP`s.
- With your know-how you actively contribute to new constructions and construction changes and contribute to the further development of our products.
- You handle costumer orders independently and on schedule.
- You will carry out technical clarifications with subcontractors and suppliers.
- The creation of parts lists as well as assembly and production drawings are also part of your job.
- You perform rough calculations for dimensioning components (e.g. firmness, stiffness, cross-sections, center of gravity, mass).
- You create pipe and instrumentation diagrams.
Your Profile
- A degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in mechanical construction or a comparable qualification is a good starting point.
- You have several years of professional experience in the mechanical construction of machines and special plants, preferably in the field of renewable energies.
- You have a confident handling of 3D-CAD (preferably Solid Works), ERP systems and MS-Office.
- An analytical way of working, a high level of motivation and a strong sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you.
- Good communication skills make you successful in teamwork and with costumers
- A basic willingness to travel on business and a good command of written and spoken German and English round off your profile

- Your are responsible for electrical planning both for our customer projects and for the new development for our products.
- The circuit diagram creation and management with EPIan is in your hand.
- You will take over the design and clarification of new electrical components.
- The writing of technical documentation is a natural part of your work.
- You take part in safety analyses to uncover weak points.
- In the case of particularly complex systems, you provide support during electrical commissioning.
- You will not shy away from troubleshooting via remote maintenance or, if necessary, on-site at the customer`s location.
Your Profile
- A degree in electrical engineering or further training as an electrical technician is a good starting point.
- You already have professional experience in electrical planning (single-line diagrams, control cabinet planning etc.).
- You have knowledge in the low voltage and medium voltage area as well as in the approval process for grid feeding.
- You like to work project-oriented, act independently and are a team player.

- Contacts points with automation technology, e.g. with communication protocols and fieldbus systems, will make it easier for you to get started.

Service Technician / Service Engineer - Renewable Energies(m/f/d)

As a “Service Technician / Service Engineer (m/f/d)”, you will implement these on site at our customers’ locations and be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the wood gasification systems.

Your Tasks
- Service and maintenance work at the costumer`s location:
- Setting up the plants or plant components
- Connecting the individual plant components
- Inspection and review oft he wood gasification plants and their peripherals
- Analyzing and rectifying faults
- Repairing or replacing plants oder components that have already been delivered
- Documentation and reporting
- Installation of our complex energy systems / CHP units based on technical plans at our site in Sonnen and/or at our customers´ sites in Germany and abroad
- Training and safety instruction for our customers
- With appropriate experience, there ist he possibility of taking on greater responsibility in the role of site manager
Your Profile
- Completed craft or technical training is a good starting point.
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in working with plants and machinery, but career starters are also very welcome.
- Knowledge of energy technology or heating engineering is desirable, but not a must.
- You enjoy working independently, are flexible and willing to travel.
- Your excellent communication skills and customer orientation will make you successful in working in a team and with customers.
- A good level of English rounds off your profile. Knowledge of German is an additional plus
